Description

Haaparanta is 1977 build and 2000 fundamental improved 1-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 70 m² log-cottage  has bedroom, combined kitchen/livingroom, dressing room, indoor sauna, outdoor toilet, smoke sauna veranda. Alltogther there are beds for 6+ 1 persons. There is not allowed to smoke indoors.

Anemities are barbecue, boat, coffee-maker, electric owen, fire place, freezer, jetty, microwave owen, radio, refrigerator, satellite television, set of dishes, television and wood owen. Cottage is electrificated, and heating is electric heating. Washing waters comes running from lake ja cold waters comes running own well.

Haaparanta is located at small (<10 ha) Hepolampi-lake shore (distance 50 m). Clay-grounded shore is meduim deep. Yard is in natural state, mostly leafy tree and grassy.
