Ninnunlahti is 2004 build 1-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 75 m² log-cottage  has bedroom, bedroom, indoor sauna, kitchen, lavatory, living room loft. Alltogther there are beds for 8 persons. Dogs and cats are not allowed to stay indoor, and there is not allowed to smoke indoors.

Anemities are barbecue (kotakeittiö), boat, dish machine, dvd, electric owen, fire place, freezer, microwave owen, refrigerator, stereo and television. Cottage is electrificated, lighting is electric light and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.

Ninnunlahti is located at large (>100 ha) Vatia-lake shore (distance 30 m). Sand-grounded shore is quite shallow.
