Description
Hiekkaranta 1 is and 2003 fundamental improved 1-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 68 m² wood-cottage has bedroom, combined kitchen/livingroom, dressing room, indoor sauna, indoor toilet, living room shed. Alltogther there are beds for 6+ 4 persons.
Anemities are dish machine, electric owen, fire place, jetty, microwave owen, radio, refrigerator, set of dishes and television. Cottage is electrificated, lighting is electric light and heating is electric heating.
Hiekkaranta 1 is located at middle sized (10-100 ha) Kannonjärvi-lake shore (distance 7 m). Sand-grounded shore is quite shallow and suitable for children. There is a jetty on shore. Yard is partly in natural state, mostly mixed forest and dry peaty forest. There are beatiful sights to surroundings from the yars.
