Lehmonkärki,cottage 4 is 1997 build 1,5-floored suitable for summer use cottage. Total living-area 77 m² log-cottage  has indoor sauna, indoor toilet, lavatory loft. Alltogther there are beds for 5+ 1 persons. There is not allowed to smoke indoors.

Anemities are barbecue (pallogrilli, hiilet ei sisälly), boat (oma), coffee-maker, dish machine, electric owen (uunilla), fire place (tulikivi), jetty (oma), microwave owen, radio (cd- ja kasettisoitin), refrigerator (jääkaappi-pakastinyhdistelmä), set of dishes, shower and television. Cottage is electrificated, lighting is electric light and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.

Lehmonkärki,cottage 4 is located at large (>100 ha) Päijänne-lake shore (distance 17 m). Sand-grounded shore is shallow. There is a jetty on shore. Yard is in natural state, mostly coniferous tree and rocky. There are beatiful sights to surroundings from the yars.
