Description
Karjalan kelohonkahuvila is 1994 build 2-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 120 m² old log-cottage has bedroom, bedroom, bedroom, bedroom, combined kitchen/livingroom, dressing room, indoor sauna, indoor toilet, lavatory, outdoor sauna veranda. Alltogther there are beds for 15 persons. There is not allowed to smoke indoors.
Anemities are barbecue, boat, dish machine, electric owen, electricity for car heater, fire place, freezer, linen (tarvittaessa), microwave owen, radio, refrigerator, set of dishes, shower, stereo, television, video and washing machine. Cottage is electrificated, lighting is electric light and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.
Karjalan kelohonkahuvila is located at large (>100 ha) muurasjärvi-lake shore (distance 50 m). Sand-grounded shore is quite shallow.
