Description
Loma-salo is 2000 build 1-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 100 m² wood-cottage has bedroom, bedroom, combined kitchen/livingroom, garage, indoor sauna, indoor toilet, shed veranda. Alltogther there are beds for 6+ 2 persons. Dogs and cats are not allowed to stay indoor, and there is not allowed to smoke indoors.
Anemities are coffee-maker, dish machine, electric owen, electricity for car heater, equipment for children, freezer, linen, microwave owen, refrigerator, set of dishes (12 henkeä), shower, television, washing machine, wood burning owen and wood owen. Cottage is electrificated, and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.
Loma-salo is located at large (>100 ha) Keitele-lake neigbourhood (distance 100 m). Sand-grounded shore is very shallow. Yard is partly in natural state, mostly mixed forest and sandy.
