Description
Aurinkoniemi is 1994 build 1-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 59 m² log-cottage has bedroom, bedroom, indoor toilet, kitchen, living room, loft, outdoor sauna veranda. Alltogther there are beds for 4+ 3 persons. Dogs and cats are not allowed to stay indoor, and there is not allowed to smoke indoors.
Anemities are barbecue, boat, electric owen, equipment for children, fire place (varaava), freezer, microwave owen, radio, refrigerator, shower and television. Cottage is electrificated, and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.
Aurinkoniemi is located at middle sized (10-100 ha) Ylemmäinen-lake shore (distance 30 m). Sand-grounded shore is shallow. There is a jetty on shore. Yard is landscaped, uncovered and grassy.
