Description

Kotkantupa is 1999 build 1-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 72 m² log-cottage  has bedroom, grill lap hut, indoor sauna, indoor toilet, kitchen living room. Alltogther there are beds for 7 persons. Dogs and cats are not allowed to stay indoor, and there is not allowed to smoke indoors.

Anemities are dish machine, electric owen, fire place, microwave owen, refrigerator and set of dishes. Cottage is electrificated, and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.

Kotkantupa is located at small (<10 ha) Iso Mäkilampi-lake shore (distance 30 m). Sand-Rock-grounded shore is meduim deep. Yard is in natural state, mostly coniferous tree and dry peaty forest.
