Description
Havukka Cottage is 1975 build 1-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 40 m² log-cottage has indoor toilet, kitchen, living room outdoor sauna. Alltogther there are beds for 4+ 2 persons. Dogs and cats are not allowed to stay indoor, and there is not allowed to smoke indoors.
Anemities are barbecue, boat, coffee-maker, electric owen, fire place, microwave owen, refrigerator, set of dishes and washing machine. Cottage is electrificated, and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.
Havukka Cottage is located at small (<10 ha) Ekslampi-lake neigbourhood (distance 60 m). Sand-Rock-grounded shore is deep. Yard is in natural state, mostly coniferous tree and dry peaty forest.
