Cottage Aallotar is 2000 build 2-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 165 m² log-cottage  has bedroom, bedroom, bedroom, bedroom, bedroom, combined kitchen/livingroom, indoor sauna, indoor toilet, lavatory, lavatory lavatory. Alltogther there are beds for 8+ 2 persons. There is not allowed to smoke indoors.

Anemities are coffee-maker, dish machine, electric owen (uunilla), microwave owen, radio (cd- ja kasettisoitin), refrigerator (jääkaappi-pakastinyhdistelmä), set of dishes and television. Cottage is electrificated, lighting is electric light and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.

Cottage Aallotar is located at large (>100 ha) Päijänne-lake shore (distance 40 m). Sand-grounded shore is shallow. Yard is partly in natural state, mostly coniferous tree and grassy.
