Lehmonkärki,cottage 11 is 1999 build 1,5-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 44 m² log-cottage  has bedroom, combined kitchen/livingroom, grill lap hut, indoor sauna, indoor toilet, lavatory loft. Alltogther there are beds for 2+ 2 persons. There is not allowed to smoke indoors.

Anemities are barbecue (grillihuvimaja), boat, coffee-maker, coffee-maker, electric owen (uunilla), microwave owen, radio (cd- ja kasettisoitin), refrigerator (pakastelokerolla), set of dishes and television. Cottage is electrificated, lighting is electric light and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.

Lehmonkärki,cottage 11 is located at large (>100 ha) Päijänne-lake neigbourhood (distance 100 m). Sand-grounded shore is shallow. Yard is partly in natural state, mostly coniferous tree and rocky (Huvila sijaitsee harjunpäällä, josta näköala Päijänteelle).
