Lehmonkärki huvila 10 is 1999 build 1,5-floored suitable for winter use cottage. Total living-area 44 m² log-cottage  has bedroom, combined kitchen/livingroom, indoor sauna, lavatory loft. Alltogther there is beds for 2+ 2 persons. There is not allowed to smoke indoors.

Anemities are barbecue (grillihuvimaja), coffee-maker, coffee-maker, electric owen (uunilla), microwave owen, radio (cd- ja kasettisoitin), refrigerator (pakastinlokerolla), set of dishes and television. Cottage is electrificated, lighting is electric light and heating is electric heating. All waters comes running from water pipe.

Lehmonkärki huvila 10 is located at large (>100 ha) Päijänne-lake neigbourhood (etäisyys 100 m). Sand-grounded shore is shallow. There is a jetty on shore. Yard is partly in natural state, mostly coniferous tree and rocky. There are beatiful sights to surroundings from the yars.
